Potato Buns

Ingredients
1⁄2 c mashed potatoes (boil, bake, or microwave, then mash with a fork until smooth)
1⁄4 c butter
2 t yeast (active dry yeast)
1 c milk (warm)
1 t salt
1 t sugar
3 c flour (all purpose flour)
1 egg (for egg wash before baking. Mix with 1 tsp water)
Instructions

Mix and let rise for about 1 1/2 hours.

Divide into 8 rolls. Let rest/rise for another 1 hour.

Brush egg with egg wash.

Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
